Award Winning Historic Roof Rehabilitation

The original design for St. Patrick’s Church included the use of a Spanish clay tile roof. ICA performed detailed site investigation work to itemize all custom tile shapes and sizes. Careful study and design detailing led to faithful reproductions of historic radiused copper gutters. From 2002 to 2003, ICA performed an abbreviated Historic Structure Report and developed the bidding documents for all phases of the building preservation process, and provided full service observation of all restoration and preservation activities.

2004 ABC Projects of Distinction National Award winner for excellence in design and 2004 NRCA National Gold Circle Award winner.
