We have performed a wide variety of forensic services on thousands of structures around North America and Central America for clients with nearly every possible building type. ICA has also worked on a number of notable historical buildings throughout the United States. Prominent projects include: the First Unitarian Meeting House, Madison, Wisconsin (Frank Lloyd Wright 1949-1951); the Milwaukee War Memorial (Eliel/ Eero Saarinen 1957); Monona Terrace, Madison Wisconsin (Frank Lloyd Wright/Taliesin Architects 1997); the Hartley Trust Building, Duluth, Minnesota (Bertram Goodhue 1915), the Kenosha County Courthouse Complex (Lindl, Lesser and Schutte 1924), Reuther Central High School (John Chubb 1925) and a number of historic 19th century Catholic Churches. InSite Consulting Services (ICS)

At ICS, we have two separate business units that work in concert with each other whenever the opportunity arises. InSite Consulting Architects (ICA) and InSite Consulting Engineers (ICE) are organized to work in tandem or individually allowing us the flexibility of managing our time and efforts more efficiently.

We specialize in architectural design, master planning, historic preservation, interior design, forensic analysis of moisture related building failures, building enclosure technologies, institutional facilities management, remedial design and construction/contract management. We have performed a wide variety of forensic services on thousands of structures around North America for clients with nearly every possible building type.

InSite Consulting Engineers (ICE)

We have a long and comprehensive background in extremely diverse types of facilities. These include commercial, institutional, and critical environments such as healthcare, zoos and laboratories operating in a cGMP and GLP environment. Working in conjunction with ICA, we take a holistic approach to facilities that incorporates all aspects of facility operations.
